The best boutique hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India

Kerala is the southernmost state of India, popularly known as God's country in the language of tourism. The State of the rice bowl of India and is equipped with lush green landscapes, long sandy beaches and abundance of rainforests and mangroves are blessed. The main crops in Kerala is rice, coconut, cashews, spices, rubber and a variety of fruit.

During my last visit to Kerala, I ended up in Thiruvananthapuram, earlier known as Trivandrum, and at the recommendation of a frienddecided to stay in a relatively unknown 4-star hotels called Classic Avenue. I was very happy with the product and services, surprised and thought I'd share my views for the good of others.

The hotel is located close to very close, say a mile from the railway station, about the same distance from the Central Business District and the State Secretariat and some 15 minutes drive from the national and the international airport. The Treaty bus stationis only a kilometer away. A very convenient location to the mall and the city and businesses.

The hotel is relatively new and has a good number of parking spaces open. The lobby lounge is modern, well equipped and very inviting, but I found no fresh flowers. The flowers, however, were offset by the general friendly atmosphere of the lobby.

Classic Avenue offers 60 well appointed, tastefully decorated and well appointed rooms and suites. All rooms have attached bathroom with long bath. The modern toilet is used. The services are branded to the bathroom. The rooms have king, queen or twin beds, satellite TV, minibar, hairdryer and safe. Good quality linen is used by the hotel.

For dining and entertainment, the hotel has two restaurants including a coffee shop hours-24. The menu offers local dishes, international and fusion. The quality of the food andCutlery is quite good and the service has a personal touch. The hotel has a theme bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

For conferences and meetings, the hotel has two banquet halls and meeting rooms. A business center on the second floor of the building is the business package.

The hotel also has a small gym and a rooftop pool with a deck around the pool chairs, towels and a small bar phone. In short, the hotelall the amenities and services, product needs a good shop. Upon our request, the hotel can arrange private dinners on the terrace of the pool where you could have a night view of the city. The gala dinner, the atmosphere, cool breeze and the water in the mouth of food left a lasting impression on me. I would like my experience at least once more to repeat.

For me, this is the boutique hotel located inThiruvananthapuram.
